Mission Statement:The program’s mission is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in care by establishing rules, regulations, and policies for the licensing and operation of a child care facilities within the CNMI.

Vision:The program’s vision is for the CNMI families to have access to a safe child care facility conducive for a child’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being and growth.
